Approval and declaration deed made by Maria Valente in which she approved her will and disposed that the administrator of the entail should pay a rent to the convento de S. António of Portalegre, worth 3.000 réis, in order to sustain the chapel of N. Sra. da Assunção, where her body should be buried.

Partition deed

Partition deed made after the death of Maria Valente, containing a detailed description of the properties that belonged to the entail she founded on her will. Her husband João de Almeida da Silveira, first administrator of the entail, annexed an estate named Herdade da Urra to this entail, as well as some houses, an orchard and an olive grove.

Will

Will made in Portalegre by Maria Valente in which she ordered the foundation of an entail with a perpetual pious obligation of two masses celebrated every year as long as the world lasted. She named her husband João de Almeida da Silveira as first administrator during his lifetime, and after his death, he would be succeeded by Diogo Camelo, godson of the institutor, and from there on the succession should always continue on his descendants.
