Appointment, rectification and approval deed by Rui Pereira de Castro and D. Maria de Araújo Sottomayor, his wife, of the appointment of D. Gonçalo Pereira Sottomayor, their son, by Rui Pereira de Castro in a deed in which D. Maria de Araújo Sottomayor was not present. They also annex some properties to the entail and revoke some clauses determined by the institutors and by Rui Pereira de Castro himself. D. Gonçalo Pereira Sottomayor was present and accepted the entail and its foundation deed with the clauses and conditions declared by his parents.

Declaration deed by Rodrigo Pereira de Castro, written in Castilian, annexing some of his own properties to the entail founded by Álvaro Afonso and Grimaneza Pereira and appointing his son, D. Gonçalo Pereira de Araújo and his descendents as the entail successors. The testator also declares some clauses and conditions regarding the entail's succession and administration.

Gonçalo Pereira an amount of money, seting apart 6000 cruzados to buy a public debt instrument to annex to the entail founded by Álvaro Afonso and Grimaneza Pereira, with the condition to succeed in the entail the offspring of this marriage. D. Gonçalo Pereira accepted this dowry with its conditions and obligations. Rui Pereira de Castro also gives to his son and future daughter-in-law a farmstead and other properties and Brás Rodrigues Pita and Isabel Mendes Dantas are the guarantors and main payers of this dowry.

Entail foundation deed by Álvaro Afonso and Grimaneza Pereira, his wife, in Quinta do Paço, in couto de Barbeita, in the outskirts of Monção, to their nephew, Rodrigo Afonso Pereira, son of Pedro Vaz Pereira and Genebra Fernandes, their nephew and niece. They also order the mass celebration in the chapel they ordered to build in the church of S. Salvador of Barbeita.
