Opening deed of the will made by padre Manuel Gonçalves Serra in which he ordered the foundation of an entail.

Will made by which Manuel Gonçalves Serra, clérigo de missa, expresses his wish to be buried in his parish church of S. Lourenço of Portalegre. He established an entail composed of his houses and a vineyard with a perpetual obligation of thirteen annual masses. He named his father Diogo Guerreiro as first administrator during his lifetime and, after his death, he would be succeeded by Maria de S. José and Domingas Rodrigues, sisters of the institutor, and by Jacinto Vaz after they passed away, and from there on the last administrator would chose another administrator to succeed him with the same conditions.
