Will

Will by which Nuno Martins de Gomide expresses his wish to be buried in the church of S. Lourenço of Portalegre, where his ancestors are buried. He declares he is in possession of a watermill in the place of Buraco which belonged to the entail founded by his third-grandmother and belonged to him as he was the administrator of the entail founded by Tomé Martins de Carvalho and had an obligation of 11 masses. He annexed properties to this second entail. He also mentioned that the entail founded by his uncle António Dias de Aguiar, administrated by him with a perpetual pious obligation of one daily mass, would be inherited by his sister Inês da Gama, and that he had reached terms with the Companhia de Jesus regarding a dispute over an entailed property through a composition deed.
