Will by which Guiomar Dias de Velez expressed her wish to be buried in the church of Nossa Senhora da Graça of Portalegre and ordered the foundation of an entail with a perpetual obligation of two masses celebrated every year. The institutor named her niece Dona Maria as first administrator during her lifetime and, after before her death she would appoint an administrator to succeed her with the same conditions, and from there on the succession should always continue through appointment.
