Will

Will by which Diogo Dias expresses his wish to be buried in the main church of Montalvão and establishes an entail with all his remaining properties, with a perpetual obligation of 12 annual masses. He named Simão Fernandes, his nephew, as first administrator during his lifetime and, after his death the succession should continue, preferably, on his closest descendants, or, if he had none, on the closest relative of the institutor's lineage.
