Codicil made by Leonor Fernandes in which she revoked a donation made to the nephew António Fernandes Conde and instead of him, she appointed her sister Maria Rodrigues to administrate the entail during her lifetime and only after her death, António would succeed on the administration.

Will

Will by which Leonor Fernandes, Roque Martins' widow, expresses her wish to be buried in the main church of Montalvão and establishes a chapel composed of her houses with a perpetual obligation of two annual masses. She named her nephew António Fernandes Conde as first administrator during his lifetime and, after his death, the succession should continue, preferably, on the eldest heir.
