Donation deed in which Beatriz Gonçalves endowed her grandson Manuel Gonçalves with some houses, a vineyard and an orchard in order to sustain his studies and with the condition that he would become a clergyman, and, after his death, those properties should be transmitted to Beatriz Gonçalves, granddaughter of the institutor, thereby constituting an entail with a perpetual pious obligation of one hundred masses celebrated every year, but only during the first administrator's life, and, from there on, his successors would only be obliged to celebrate twelve masses celebrated every year. Beatriz would be succeeded by her descendants, or, if her lineage became extinguished, the administration would be handled to the closest relative.
