The second entail would be composed of a land, a courela, over which she imposed a perpetual pious obligation of two masses celebrate every year as long as the world lasted, naming her stepson Cristóvão Fernandes to administrate it during his lifetime, and, after his death, he would be succeeded by his descendants.
