Codicil made in Portalegre by Ana Nunes in which she revoked a donation of an olive grove that she have made on her will to the Confraria da Misericórdia, donating it instead to her niece Leonor Gonçalves, and thereby ordering the foundation of a chapel with a perpetual pious obligation of three masses celebrated every year as long as the world lasted. After the death of Leonor she would be succeeded, in this order, by padre António de Semedo, Salvador Dias Barbeiro, Maria Gonçalves, Pedro de Semedo and, finally by João de Semedo, son of Pedro, and from there on the succession should always continue, preferably, on the eldest heir.
