Will made by Catarina Álvares, in which she ordered the foundation of an entail and chapel with a perpetual pious obligation of one daily mass celebrated in Santa Catarina's hermitage, in Gáfete, which belonged to the her. The institutor named her husband Manuel Dias Feio as first administrator during his lifetime and, after his death, he would be succeeded by her nephew Baltasar Feio and from there on the succession should continue through appointment of a relative within her lineage. The institutor ordered that the first administrator should spend 20 000 réis in an altarpiece for the same hermitage, and that all administrators should receive 20 000 réis in every year for administrating it and the chaplain who celebrated the masses should receive 30 000 réis.
