Will chart

Will chart made by Catarina Marques, in which she ordered, among other dispositions, the foundation of one chapel with a perpetual pious obligation of masses celebrated every year, by entailing a land (souto), in the location of Juntas, on the outskirts of Marvão, with a perpetual pious obligation of masses celebrated every year, to be administrated during his lifetime by her niece Maria, son of Manuel Fernandes. After her death, the chapel should be administrated by her eldest son and, from there on, the succession should continue, preferably, on the eldest male heir.
In addition, she entails the same propriety to another chapel, to be administrated during his lifetime by her nephew Pedro, son of Manuel Fernandes. After his death, the chapel should be administrated by his eldest son and, from there on, the succession should continue, preferably, on the eldest male heir. This property is to be divided into equal parts, and both chapels are to be administered separately.
Catarina Marques also ordered the foundation of another chapel with a perpetual pious obligation of masses celebrated every year, to be administrated during their lifetime by her nieces Isabel Fernandes and Margarida, daughters of Manuel Fernandes. After their death, the chapel should be administrated by the eldest son of the last administrator to die and, from there on, the succession should continue, preferably, on the eldest male heir.
