Opening deed of a will chart of Heitor Pacheco, at the request of Rui Fernandes.
A court sentence follows, dated 1632-08-28, ordering the fulfillment of the will chart.

Will chart

Will chart made by Heitor Pacheco, in which he ordered, among other dispositions, the foundation of a chapel with a perpetual pious obligation of ten masses celebrated every year in Alter do Chão. The institutor named his sister as first administrator during her lifetime and, after her death, she would be succeeded by her son, also during his lifetime. After her death, she would be succeeded by Pedro Vaz, her son.
