Will chart made by Maria Gonçalves, in which she ordered, among other dispositions, the foundation of a chapel with a perpetual pious obligation of five masses celebrated every year in Portalegre. The institutor named Francisco Gonçalves, her nephew, as first administrator during his lifetime and, after his death, he would be succeeded by Manuel Dias, also during his lifetime. After his death, he would be succeeded by Manuel, his son and the founder's godson.
