Codicil

Codicil of Francisca Dias, by which she confirms the clauses and conditions of her will chart. Regarding the chapel established in that previous document, she appoints her niece Francisca Dias, as the first administration and, following her death, the chapel administration should pass to her daughter Ana Martins, during her lifetime. Upon the latter’s death, administration would be assumed by Maria Dias and later by a person from the founder's line.

Will chart made by Francisca Dias, in which she ordered, among other dispositions, the foundation of a chapel with a perpetual pious obligation of three masses celebrated every year in Portalegre. The institutor named Francisca Dias, her niece, as first administrator during her lifetime and, after her death, she would be succeeded by her eldest male son.
