Sale, quittance and obligation deed

Sale, quittance and obligation deed by which Paulo Pinto do Rego, administrator of the entail established his father, António Pinto do Rego, entails the revenues of two vineyards in Lumiar and Ameixoeira, Lisboa, to his father's chapel, in place of the vineyards left by António Pinto do Rego, which had been wrongfully entailed because they were foreiras.
Followed by a sentence in which the two vineyards are entailed, dated 1685-07-21.
Contains: petition dated 1685-06-28; extract of António Pinto do Rego's will (same as 001) and sentences proving that the two vineyards belonged to Paulo Pinto do Rego, having been left to him by his mother, D. Isabel do Rego, and by his brother, Luís Pinto do Rego, who had died without marrying, dated 1685-05-08 and 1685-04-05.

Will (extract) by which capitão António Pinto do Rego establishes an entail with two vineyards in Lisboa. He bequeaths it to his son, Paulo Pinto do Rego, with the obligation of 52 yearly masses in the church of the convent of S. Francisco of Lisboa.
