Will (extract) by which Baltasar Pereira establishes an entail with the revenues of his houses in Poço do Borratem, Lisboa, and other properties chosen from the third part of his assets. He bequeaths them to one of his children, whoever his wife appoints, with the obligation of a daily mass in the church of the convent of S. Francisco of Lisboa. The entail shall then be inherited by the successors of the first administrator, or by their closest relative in direct line.
