Codicil made by Domingos Álvares de Basto. Among other dispositions, he adds to his will chart that he wanted Isabel Martins, his wife, to administer the chapel he had established, during her lifetime. After her death, the following administrators had to fulfill what was determined in the will chart.

Will chart made by Domingos Álvares de Basto, in which he ordered, among other dispositions, the foundation of a chapel with a perpetual pious obligation of fifteen masses celebrated every year in Montalvão. The institutor named Margarida, his goddaughter, daughter of Belchior de Basto, his nephew, as first administrator during her lifetime and, after her death, she would be succeeded by her eldest son, male or female.
