Will (extract) by which Beatriz Francisca bequeaths her sister, Catarina Francisca, wife of Lançarote Pires, the obligation of four annual masses in the convent of S. Francisco of Lisboa, entailed to the revenue of a terra de pão called "Cabra Fica", a vineyard, and an olive grove in Fonte Santa, Loures. At the time of Catarina Francisca's death, the entail shall be bequeathed to her eldest son, Luís Pires, or to one of her second sons, and to their successors thereafter.
