Termo de juramento by which D. Antónia Teixeira declares that the houses where she lives are entailed to the chapel established by Diogo de Sousa, and belong to António Tavares, escrivão dos Órfãos, who was in India. She also declares that she is not the administrator of the chapel, and that she doesn't possess the institutor's will, which is kept by António Tavares.

Will (extract) by which Diogo de Sousa entails the houses where he lives and the third part of his assets with the obligation of 12 masses in the chapel of Nome de Jesus of the convent of S. Francisco of Lisboa. They shall be inherited by his children and their successors.
