Will (extract) by which Ana Pereira bequeaths her part of her houses in Alfama, Lisboa, to her goddaughter, Maria das Virtudes, daughter of her niece, Bárbara Pereira, and of Gaspar dos Reis, with the obligation of 10 annual masses for her and her husband's soulin the convent of S. Francisco of Lisboa, where she shall be buried. Bárbara Pereira shall have the usufruct of the houses during her lifetime. After Maria das Virtudes's death, the houses shall be bequeathed, with the same obligations, to her siblings, or to the children of Simoa Ferreira, Ana Pereira's stepdaughter, and of Álvaro Luís Ferreiro.
