Apostolic sentence in favour of João Álvares Pereira, administrator of the chapel established by his great-grandmother, Leonor Fernandes, authorizing the reduction of its obligations from 12 000 reis to 3 000 reis of masses. He asked for this reduction since the houses entailed to the chapel, which had been bequeathed to him by his sister, Isabel da Costa, had been burnt off, and he couldn't afford to rebuild them without it.
