Deed of sale

Deed of sale by which the administrator Manuel Baracho de Araújo sold to Francisco Guedes Pereira a vineyard called “Vale de Grelhas” in which he and his wife Polónia Ferreira succeed to his mother-in-law Joana Ferreira. She also had succeded in this property after her brother's death, the priest António Ferreira. This vineyard was obligated to the celebration of five masses and now the administrators wanted to subrogate it for another vineyard called “Vale de Mourelos”, located on the outskirt of Almada.
