Francisco of Lisboa, buy from themselves properties which belonged to Francisco da Ponte Vale in Machoa, Mourisca de Cima, Mourisca de Baixo and Esgueira, with the revenue from the selling of houses in Mouraria, Lisboa. These houses had been previously entailed to the chapel, but had been sold in public auction, according to the institutor's will, because they were foreiras, and entail them to the chapel.

Will (extract) by which Catarina Freire appoints her husband, João Lopes, as her universal heir. She orders him to entail part of her properties to a chapel in a monastery of his choosing, with the obligation of a daily mass. She authorizes him to sell these properties, if they are foreiras, to buy new ones to entail to the chapel. After her husband's death, these properties shall be bequeathed to her closest relative, with the exception of her brother, André Fernandes, who she has disowned.
