Declaration deed by which António de Oliveira, mestre das capelas de S. Julião, who owns the houses of which Jorge da Silva is foreiro, authorizes their entailment to Domingos da Silva's chapel. Followed by a dispatching authorizing this imposition, dated 1609-06-20.

Petition by Jorge da Silva, administrator of the chapel established by Domingos da Silva, explaining that the institutor had bequeathed him in his will with money to buy properties to entail, with the obligation of five annual masses, which he wanted to employ in houses in Lisboa which were foreiras to him in perpetuum. He asks for authorization to entail this houses, since they had been in his family for several generations, and the law allowed this type of entailment.
Followed by a dispatch authorizing the entailment, dated 1609-05-20.

Sentence by Doutor Gaspar Pegado, of the Desembargo do Rei, provedor dos Resíduos e Cativos, by which the proceedings related to the chapel established by Domingos da Silva, administered by Jorge da Silva, are finished, and the houses to which they refer are entailed to it.
