The institutor named padre Manuel Tavares, his nephew, as first administrator during his lifetime and, after his death, he would be succeeded by Sabina Tavares and from there on the succession should continue, preferably, on the eldest male heir. If any of them were named Gabriel, would take precedence over the others.
