Approval deed

Approval deed of a will chart made by António de Torres Manso and his wife Beatriz Barata. They add that the chapel they had established had to be divided into two parts. After Beatriz Barata's death, her share would be divided into two, one administered by António de Torres Manso and the other by a son of Isabel Barata, whom she chose.

Will chart made by António de Torres Manso and his wife Maria de Almeida. They express their wish to be buried in their chapel in the convent of Nossa Senhora da Conceição of Castelo de Vide. They entail the fourth part of their assets to the entail instituted by António's parents and by Baltasar Manso and appoint António de Torres Manso, their son, to administer it. The testators also annex to this entail a chapel inherited on the death of Ravasco, their nephew.

Will chart made by Duarte de Almeida de Torres Manso, in which he ordered the foundation of an entail with an obligation of 25 annual masses. The institutor named Maria Eugénia Manso, his wife, as first administrator of this entail and, after her death, the entail was to be attached to the one founded by his ancestors, of which he was the administrator. António de Torres, his son, was to succeed him.

Will chart by which António de Torres Manso and his wife Beatriz Barata, administrators of the chapel established by Baltasar Manso, their uncle, in Oleiros, establish another chapel to annex to it, with the obligation of 60 annual masses in the convent of Nossa Senhora da Conceição of Castelo de Vide. They name their son, António de Torres Manso, as first administrator, and his descendants afterwards. They also name him administrator of the chapel founded by Afonso Álvares, in the mother church of Álvaro, which was administered by Beatriz Barata. They designate their daughter, Maria Temudo, as the administrator of the chapel established by Maria Barata, in Oleiros, which they both administered, and annex properties to it.

He annexes his half of his entail to the chapel founded by his uncle, Baltasar Manso, as he had agreed with with his deceased wife, Beatriz Barata, in their previous will. He designates his son, António de Torres Manso, as administrator of this entail. He also appoints him administrator of the chapel founded by by Afonso Álvares, in the mother church of Álvaro, which he had inherited from his wife, and annexes properties to it.
