Will chart

Will chart made by Maria Barata, in which she ordered, among other dispositions, the foundation of a chapel with a perpetual pious obligation of fifteen masses celebrated every year. The institutor named Maria Temudo, her niece, daughter of António de Torres Manso, as first administrator during her lifetime and, after her death, she would be succeeded by whomever she chose, among the institutor's relatives.

Will chart by which António de Torres Manso and his wife Beatriz Barata, administrators of the chapel established by Baltasar Manso, their uncle, in Oleiros, establish another chapel to annex to it, with the obligation of 60 annual masses in the convent of Nossa Senhora da Conceição of Castelo de Vide. They name their son, António de Torres Manso, as first administrator, and his descendants afterwards. They also name him administrator of the chapel founded by Afonso Álvares, in the mother church of Álvaro, which was administered by Beatriz Barata. They designate their daughter, Maria Temudo, as the administrator of the chapel established by Maria Barata, in Oleiros, which they both administered, and annex properties to it.

Will chart by which António de Torres Manso annexes properties to the chapel founded by Maria Barata, in Oleiros, which would pass to his daughter, Maria Temudo, after his death. He annexes his half of his entail to the chapel founded by his uncle, Baltasar Manso, as he had agreed with with his deceased wife, Beatriz Barata, in their previous will. He designates his son, António de Torres Manso, as administrator of this entail. He also appoints him administrator of the chapel founded by by Afonso Álvares, in the mother church of Álvaro, which he had inherited from his wife, and annexes properties to it.
