João Luís de Meneses, senhor de Mafra. This donation included the quinta da Portela, which his mother had bequeathed him with the obligation of daily masses for her soul in the chapel of S. José and of dressing three poor persons, and lands in Benavente, which had also belonged to his mother, with the obligation of one divine office for her and her husband's soul in the convent of S.
