Will (extract) by which Filipa Nunes de Santo António bequeaths to her niece, Maria de Aguiar, the houses in Lisboa that she bought from her mother, with the obligation of two masses for her own soul in the monastery of Chagas. This obligation shall pass to Maria de Aguiar's children or, if she dies without successors, to her sister. She also bequeaths to her sibling's children, to keep in their lineage, some houses in Lisboa, aos Cobertos, which she had inherited from her mother, with the obligation that between themselves they pray "pro rata" the mass her mother established in the convent of S. Francisco in honour of Filipa's father.
