Will chart by which Beatriz Álvares, Pedro Vaz's widow, establishes an entail with the third part of her assets, including houses in Lisboa. She institutes the pious obligation of 10 masses to be celebrated, each year, in the church of the convent of S. Domingos of Lisboa, appointing her grandson, Pedro Borges Côrte-Real, as the entail's first administrator. She chooses to be buried in the church of the referred convent, in the grave where lied Jerónima Vaz, her late daughter. Followed by an approval deed issued on 1594-05-13 and by an opening deed issued on 1597-05-21.
