Exemplification of a will of Aires Tinoco, made by Diogo da Fonseca, at the request of João Cid.

Will made by Aires Tinoco, in which he ordered, among other dispositions, the foundation of an entail with a perpetual pious obligation of five masses celebrated every year in Arronches. The institutor named Fernando Soares, his son, as first administrator during his lifetime and, after his death, he would be succeeded by the legitimate son of his choice. If he had already died, or had no legitimate children to succeed him, the institutor appointed Aires, his grandson, son of João Cid and Isabel Soares, as administrator of the entail.
