Will (extract) by which António Fernandes and Catarina Fernandes, his wife, establish an entail with the third part of their assets, which shall be bequeathed to the one who survives after the other under these conditions: if António Fernandes dies before his wife, she shall have the remaining part of his third with the obligation of one divine office and five masses for his soul in the convent of S. Francisco of Lisboa, during her lifetime, for which the best property of his assets shall be entailed; at the time of Catarina's death this obligation shall be bequeathed to their son, André Fernandes, or, if he has already died, to their daughter, Maria Antunes. If Catarina Fernandes dies before her husband, she bequeaths her house to their daughter, Maria Antunes, or to their son, André Fernandes, if she has already died, and their successors afterwards, with the same obligation of one divine office and five masses for his soul in the convent of S. Francisco of Lisboa, to which she will entail the vineyard of Vale do Grou, in Arruda.
