Declaration deed (extract)

Declaration deed (extract) through which Francisca de Avelar revoked some clauses of her will chart, regarding the foundation of a chapel. She entailed her houses located in Lisboa, altering the number of annual masses to be celebrated in the church of the convent of S. Domingos of Lisboa. She appointed her only son, Luís Leitão, as the entail's first administrator. After his death, it would be administered by the son or daughter of his choice, who would bequeath it to his/her eldest son.

If Luís Leitão's generation become extinct, the entail should be inherited by the institutor's nephew, António Garcês, or by the administrator of his entail.
