Termo de declaração through which Romão da Costa, administrator of the entail founded by Francisco Rodrigues Seabra, declares that there was no real estate left of the institutor's patrimony, apart from houses located in Lisboa, whose revenues were destined to support the pious charges instituted in the church of the convent of S. Domingos. Romão also mentions that Estêvão Bento Nogueira, a former administrator of that entail, was obligated, through a sentence issued by the Provedor dos Resíduos, to link those houses to the aforementioned pious charges.

Will chart by which Francisco Rodrigues Seabra institutes a pious obligation of 40 annual masses celebrated in the church of the convent of S. Domingos of Lisboa. He appoints his wife, Graça de Macedo, as his universal heir and executor of his will. He chooses to be buried in his grave, inside the chapter house of the said convent, and orders his wife to do the same.
