Termo

Termo by which André de Sequeira de Almada, heir of Belchior Curvo de Almada, and administrator of the chapel established by his wife, Leonor Henriques, entails to the chapel his houses in beco das Tábuas, Lisboa, to fulfill the obligations established in the institutor's will, which hadn't been fulfilled during Belchior Curvo de Almada's lifetime. The entailed houses already had the obligation of two other masses in the convent of S. Francisco of Lisboa, for the souls of Cristóvão Fernandes and his sister, Margarida Fernandes, and one mass in the church of Nossa Senhora do Monte for the soul of Inês Fernandes.

Will (extract)

Will (extract) by which D. Leonor Henriques establishes a chapel of five annual masses and a nocturne for her soul in the convent of S. Francisco of Lisboa. She charges her husband, Belchior Curvo de Almada, after her death, with entailing to it his properties, or buying new ones for that effect, to which he can add other obligations, if he so wills it.
