Bond by which Jorge Guterres Pinheiro, in his and his wife's name, sells to André Fernandes, lavrador in Lisboa, the revenue of the houses in Lisboa which he and his wife, D. Estefânia Maria da Gama, received by dowry deed from his aunt, Maria Pinheiro Miranda. The houses had an obligation of 80 masses in the convent of S. Francisco of Lisboa for the soul of Luísa Franca. Mentions the letter-of-attorney passed to him from his wife, dated 1654-10-13.

Dowry deed by which Maria Pinheiro de Miranda donates to her nephew, Jorge Guterres Pinheiro, on the occasion of his wedding to D. Estefânia da Gama, daughter of Agostinho de Figueiredo and D. Isabel da Costa, among other properties, the revenue of the houses in Lisboa which she had received from her aunt, Luísa Franca, with the obligation of 80 masses in the convent of S. Francisco of Lisboa. He can sell these houses under the condition that he keeps them entailed to this obligation. The donation was accepted by Jorge Gutterres Pinheiro, who also signed the document.

Will (extract) by which Luísa Franca bequeaths the revenue of her houses in Lisboa to her niece, Maria Pinheiro Miranda, with the obligation of 80 masses in the convent of S. Francisco of Lisboa. Another extract of the same will mentions a donation of twelve alqueires of wheat whilst another foro isn't "destratado", which the institutor gives to José Guterres, son of Jorge Guterres, her nephew, under the condition that if he dies without descendants, it shall pass to his sister, Catarina de Góis, who can bequeath it to her children. If she has no descendants, it shall be given to the Misericórdia of Lisboa. And if the foro is "destratado", the person who at that time charges the wheat will have to order 100 masses for her soul.

Will (extract) by which Luísa Franca demands to be buried in the cloister of the convent of S. Francisco of Lisboa, in the burial place of her father, João Franco. She establishes an entail with the revenue of her houses in Lisboa, which she bequeaths to her heiress, with the obligation of 80 annual masses in the convent of S. Francisco of Lisboa. Her heiress will have the faculty of appointing the next administrator. If she doesn't appoint anyone, the entail shall pass to the eldest child of her niece, D. Ana Barbosa. Followed by a note expaining that the heiress of the entail was Maria Pinheiro de Miranda, Luísa Franca's niece.
