Will (extract) by which D. Filipa de Vasconcelos bequeaths her husband, Luís de Sá, her houses in Lisboa, under the condition that he establishes a chapel with a weekly mass every Friday in the convent of S. Francisco of Lisboa. After his death, the entail shall be bequeathed to D. Filipa's mother, with the same obligation, and afterwards to her mother's descendants. If the obligations are not met, the chapel shall be administered by the friars of S. Francisco. Followed by a note informing that the houses were subrogated for a public debt instrument of 28 268 reis, in 1613, but that the subrogation deed wasn't found when the tombo was made, as it was probably in another notebook or archive.
