Codicil (extract) by which Fernando Pires appoints his granddaughter, Graça Nunes, wife of André de Fontes, meirinho da Alfândega de Lisboa, as heir and administrator of his chapel, and her descendants afterwards. He allows her to sell the houses he entailed in his will, if necessary, because they were foreiras, as long as new property is bought to entail in their place. If Graça Nunes dies without descendants, the entail shall be bequeathed to Fernando Beltres, Fernando Pires's grandson, or, if he has already died, to a descendant of Graça Nunes's choice.
