Will by which Fernando Martins Freire expresses his wish to be buried in the church of Nossa Senhora da Encarnação of Ameixoeira, and establishes several entails: one for his niece Maria (or Mariana) Freire, daughter of his brother Simão Freire, with an obligation of five masses in the convent of S. Francisco of Lisboa; one for his niece Luísa da Cunha, his brother's stepdaughter, with the obligation of twelve masses in the same convent; one for Simão Freire, his brother, with 8 600 reis of masses, which will be bequeathed to his heirs. If one of his nieces dies without descendants, their entails shall be bequeathed to the other one. If they both die without descendants, they will be bequeathed to their father, Simão Freire, and afterwards to the confraria of Santíssimo Sacramento of the church of Nossa Senhora da Encarnação of Ameixoeira. He also donates lands to Ana Machado, wife of João Fernandes, and to Manuel Fernandes, with obligations of masses for his soul in the church of Nossa Senhora da Encarnação of Ameixoeira.
