Deed of sale of 25 000 reis of interest from the revenue of the real de água sold by the Câmara de Lisboa to Manuel Fernandes, husband of Guiomar Dias, bought tor the creation of her chapel in the convent of S. Francisco of Lisboa.
Contains: conhecimento de juro dated 1629-11-23, and a copy of an royal warrant dated 1625-05-16, inserted in a chancery record dated 1625-12-22.
