Will chart made by Diogo Homem Moacho in which he ordered, among other dispositions, the foundation of a chapel with a perpetual pious obligation of three masses celebrated every year in the church of Nossa Senhora dos Prazeres. The institutor appointed his sister Catarina Moacho as first administrator during her lifetime, with the condition of taking care of Diogo, her nephew, son of the institutor. After her death, she shall be succeeded by Diogo, during his lifetime and, after his death, he shall be succeeded by Manuel Moacho, son of Francisco Moacho, who must appoint a person of his lineage.
