Appointment deed by which Francisca Pires gives up her part in the will of her first husband, Gonçalo Carvalho, deceased. She passes her duty as administrator of the chapel she established with her husband to Manuel Veloso de Almeida, escrivão dos Dez Porcento da Casa da Índia, and entails to it the houses bequeathed by her husband.

Will (extract) by which Francisca Pires demands to be buried in the convent of S. Francisco of Lisboa, next to her first husband, Gonçalo Carvalho. She establishes an obligation of half an annual of masses for her soul, according to a contract with her current husband, Manuel Veloso de Almeida, who had given her that annual after she renounced her part of her first husband's will.

Will (extract) by which Gonçalo Carvalho and his wife, Francisca Pires, appoint each other, when the other dies, as universal heir and administrator of the chapel they have both established in the convent of S. Francisco of Lisboa. They entail to it their houses in Lisboa with the obligation of two daily masses. The last one of them to die shall appoint the next administrator.

Will (extract) by which Manuel Veloso de Almeida, appoints his eldest son, Francisco de Almeida, as administrator of the chapel established by Gonçalo Carvalho, first husband of his wife, Francisca Pires. He explains that Francisca Pires, who is deceased, had appointed him administrator at the time of their marriage. He had taken from the obligations half an annual of masses. After a while, however, he had re-established that obligation, and he now requests another half of an annual to be prayed.
