Will chart made by Beatriz Vaz Pensões in which she ordered, among other dispositions, the foundation of a chapel with a perpetual pious obligation of two masses celebrated every year in Monforte. She appointed Maria, daughter of Pedro Gomes and Isabel Nunes Roxo, to be the first administrator during her lifetime; after her death, the administration would fall in one of her descendants.
She also ordered the foundation of another chapel in the church of Santa Maria Madalena de Monforte, appointing the Confraria de Nossa Senhora do Rosário as administrator.
