Certificate of a tombo das capelas

Certificate of a tombo das capelas of the convent of S. Francisco of Lisboa, issued by the escrivão das capelas in the context of the embargos set by Pedro de Sousa de Carvalho, administrator of the chapel of Gil Homem da Costa. He had declared that he had no obligation to pay for the chapel, as he wasn't the heir of the institutor. However, this certificate proved that he was, as he had been married to D. Maria de Andrade, the institutor's daughter and heir.
