Will chart

Will chart through which Guiomar Leitão Moniz establishes two entails, with lands (casais) she owned in the outskirts of Torres Vedras. She appoints her niece, Violante Moniz, to be the first administrator of one of them, which should be inherited by her descendants. If Violante died childless, it would pass to Francisca Moniz's son, Egas Moniz.
Guiomar also appoints her sister, Francisca Moniz, Luís Nicolau's wife, to be the first administrator of the other entail. After Francisca's death, it would be inherited by her son, Egas Moniz. Both her sister and her niece, and their successors, are obligated to support the celebration of annual masses in the church of the convent of S. Domingos of Lisboa. The institutor declares that her body should be buried in that church. Followed by an approval deed issued on 1598-05-25.
