The first one, with perpetual pious obligation of masses celebrated every year in Monforte, will be administered by Manuel Álvares during his lifetime; the second one, with masses celebrated every year in Monforte, will be administered by the same Manuel Álvares during his lifetime; the third one, with masses celebrated every year in Monforte, will be administered by Gaspar Ribeiro and Catarina Álvares during their lifetime but, after their death, the administration of the chapel should be delivered to Manuel Álvares. The three chapels are meant to be administered by Manuel Álvares and after his death by his closest relative, according to the laws of the Kingdom.
