Will (extract) by which Nicolau Pereira and his wife entail their Quinta Nova in Charneca, Lisboa, with an obligation of 4 000 reis of masses and 1 000 reis for an annual divine office for their souls in the convent of S. Francisco of Lisboa. The last one of them to die shall appoint as administrator one of the children of Francisco de Andrade: Antónia de Andrade or the licenciado Domingos de Andrade.
