Sentence in favour of Domingos de Sousa, widower of Isabel Antunes, by which the will of his wife is judged fulfilled, and the houses she left him are entailed to the chapel she established with her previous husband in the convent of S. Francisco of Lisboa.

Will (extract) by which Pedro Fernandes and Isabel Antunes, his wife, entail their houses in Rua do Barão, Lisboa, with an obligation of 50 masses for their souls in the convent of S. Francisco of Lisboa, where they wish to be buried. They divide this obligation between three people: Margarida and Mariana, daughters of Ana das Neves, and Valentim, who they raised. Margarida and her successors shall order 30 masses. Mariana and her successors shall order 8 masses. Valentim and his successors shall order 2 masses.

Will (extract) by which Isabel Antunes, widow of Pedro Fernandes declares she had previously written a will with her first husband, bequeathing houses in Lisboa to Margarida Nunes, Valentim and Mariana, with an obligation of 50 masses in the convent of S. Francisco of Lisboa. Since they had died, she bequeaths them instead to her second husband, Domingos de Sousa, with the same obligation.
