Bond

Bond by which António Rodrigues, tanoeiro, second husband of Maria de Araújo, widow of Sebastião Franco, promises to fulfill the obligations of the chapel established by Sebastião Franco and his wife. He entails houses in Lisboa to the chapel, instead of the public debt instrument requested in Sebastião Franco's will, since the properties he wanted to sell to buy that instrument were taking too long to be sold, delaying the fulfillment of the will.
Followed by an authorization deed by Maria de Araújo, agreeing to the terms of the bond. Mentions a petiton by António Rodrigues and Maria de Araújo. Contains a dispatch.
